Miter doors are made from moulded rails allowing the corners to come together at 45 degrees. The mitered door is typically fancier and considered more upscale than “Stile and Rail”doors.
Shaker style cabinet doors have recessed panels and minimal adornments. Many Shaker doors are built using hardwood, although some may use veneer panels in the doors. The style is complemented with natural finishes or light stains.
We produce our doors with the highest-quality double-refined MDF made from 100% Canadian softwood fibre that allows for deep, detailed profiling and smooth machining.
Our MDF is the ideal material for painted cabinet doors. It’s durable; dent-and-chip resistant; has no imperfections; and is unaffected by high-humidity environments.
These doors are formed from solid hardwood boards glued up edgewise. These are found in only the most custom installations.
